Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue promptly.

By scheduling a service, you agree to provide Kiki Clean Inc and its staff safe access to your property during the scheduled time.
If we are unable to access the property (due to locked doors, alarm systems, or other barriers), a lockout fee may apply.

7. Liability and Safety
Our cleaning professionals are trained, insured, and take great care when working in your home or business. However, Kiki Clean Inc is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or the deterioration of items cleaned according to standard methods.
We are not liable for damages caused by faulty or improperly installed fixtures, appliances, or unstable surfaces.

We ask that all valuable, sentimental, or fragile items be safely stored prior to our arrival. Kiki Clean Inc is not responsible for the loss of or damage to unsecured valuables.
